Marine Spatial Planning in the Black Sea Region MSP initiative is rather new PlanCoast project – ICZM workshop & 7th AG ICZM meeting, June , Istanbul, Turkey PlanCoast BS countries (Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine) – share experience in MSP to other BS countries (Georgia, Russia, Turkey).
